What we collect when you book
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email (email is optional).
- Booking details — gear, date and time, beach, group size, and any notes you add.
- ID photo — an optional photo of your ID, used only to verify identity for equipment rentals.
- Waiver signature — the name you type to sign the safety waiver, with a timestamp.
Why we collect it
To run your rental: confirming your booking, contacting you on WhatsApp or email, preparing the right gear (including kid-size life jackets), delivering to the right beach, safety accountability, and keeping basic business records.
Where it lives and who sees it
Your information is stored in the business's private Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive), accessible only to the owner. Delivery staff see only your name, gear, time, and delivery location — never pricing, email, or ID photos. We never sell or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- ID photos — deleted within 30 days after your rental ends.
- Booking records — kept as ordinary business records.
