Aquatic Paradise Rentals

1 · Rental Rules

• All renters must be able-bodied swimmers comfortable in open water, or be accompanied by a guardian who confirms this on their behalf.
• A life jacket / PFD is mandatory at all times while using rental equipment on the water.
• Minors must be accompanied by a paying adult who accepts responsibility for their safety and conduct.
• Equipment must stay within the designated safe swim area unless explicit staff permission is given.
• Rental time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of late arrival.
• Return equipment on time — late returns may incur additional charges at the standard hourly rate.

2 · Payment & Cancellation

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings and is non-refundable.
• Full payment is due at the start of the rental. Accepted: cash (XCD or USD), or card via WhatsApp arrangement.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a 50% charge.
• No refunds are issued for early returns.

3 · Equipment Care & Responsibility

• Renters are financially responsible for any loss or damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
• Report any equipment malfunction to staff immediately — do not attempt to repair equipment yourself.
• Equipment must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4 · Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER — AQUATIC PARADISE RENTALS

By booking or accepting rental equipment, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: Water sports activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, injury from equipment, collision, and unpredictable sea conditions. The renter voluntarily assumes all such risks.
2. Release of Liability: The renter, on behalf of themselves and their party, releases Aquatic Paradise Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in rental activities.
3. Equipment Responsibility: The renter agrees to use all rental equipment responsibly and in accordance with staff instructions, and is financially responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear.
4. Safety Compliance: The renter agrees to wear provided safety equipment (life jacket/PFD) at all times when required, and to follow all safety instructions given by APR team members.
5. Swimming Ability: The renter confirms that all members of their party who will use water-based equipment are comfortable in open water and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
6. Payment: Full payment is due at the start of rental. Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled start time may be subject to a 50% charge. No refunds for early returns.
7. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
