1 · GUEST IN DISTRESS ON WATER
① Staff enters water immediately with throw buoy
② Whistle signal: 3 long blasts = all staff respond
③ Call SVG Coast Guard: 784-457-1648
④ Call ambulance: 784-456-1185 (Milton Cato Memorial Hospital)
⑤ Keep guests calm on shore, do NOT let others enter water
2 · MISSING GUEST / OVERDUE RENTAL
① Mark last seen time & board ID (check asset code on gear)
② Scan visible water from shore — binoculars in kit bag
③ If >20 min overdue: call Coast Guard immediately
④ Notify Ops manager directly via saved contact
⑤ Do NOT leave beach until guest confirmed safe
3 · INJURY ON BEACH / EQUIPMENT FAILURE
① Apply first aid kit (in red case, gear storage area)
② Call 784-456-1185 for any head, spine, or serious injury
③ Photo-document faulty equipment — pull from service immediately
④ Do NOT allow rental of compromised gear under any condition
⑤ Log incident in booking notes with time, gear ID, and action taken
4 · SEVERE WEATHER / LIGHTNING
① Whistle signal: 5 short blasts = all guests return to shore NOW
② Recall all equipment from water immediately
③ Guests move to covered area — do NOT stand under trees
④ All rentals halted — issue rain-check vouchers, no refund argument
⑤ Resume only when lightning >30 min clear & sea state calm
