Aquatic Paradise Rentals

RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER — AQUATIC PARADISE RENTALS

By submitting this booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that water sports activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, injury from equipment, collision, and unpredictable sea conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I, on behalf of myself and my party, release Aquatic Paradise Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in rental activities.

3. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY: I agree to use all rental equipment responsibly and in accordance with staff instructions. I am financially responsible for any loss or damage to equipment beyond normal wear.

4. SAFETY COMPLIANCE: I agree to wear provided safety equipment (life jacket/PFD) at all times when required by staff. I will follow all safety instructions given by APR team members.

5. SWIMMING ABILITY: I confirm that all members of my party who will use water-based equipment are comfortable in open water and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

6. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION: Full payment is due at the start of rental. Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled start time may be subject to a 50% charge. No refunds for early returns. If Aquatic Paradise Rentals cancels a booking due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, the guest may choose a free rebooking or a full refund of any amount paid.

7. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement is governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
